Questions and answers about car rental in our company

How to rent a car?

In order to rent a car, you will need to fill out an application form. Our customer agent will then contact you to agree on the car type and lease terms. Once that is done, you can pick up your car.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes a car that is washed and supplied with a full tank of fuel. The full CASCO insurance with a deductible is also provided.

What are the basic conditions for rental?

You and any person driving the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age and have a driving experience of at least 2 years.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

To register a rental agreement, you must provide a passport and driver's license. In some cases, you might need to provide additional documents for verification.

Are there mileage limits on rental cars?

Yes, you're permitted an average of 300 kilometers per day. Keep in mind that you can’t drive the rental vehicle to other countries or the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, to the combat zone, and the Republic of Crimea.

What if I damage my rental car?

All of the rental cars have a CASCO insurance policy with a deductible. In the event of a car crash, upon the provision of the necessary documents and recognition of the insured event, the damage is compensated by the insurance company. The renter will only have to pay the deductible amount. In case of minor damages that are not or are not recognized as insured events, compensation for damage is reimbursed from the amount of the deposit.

Can someone else drive my rental car?

Yes, you can usually add up to 3 additional drivers. In addition, you will need to be inside the car while the person is driving. The person who signed the rental agreement is responsible for the safety of the car, regardless of who actually drives the car.

Is car rental available for legal entities?

We provide rental cars to legal entities. Be sure to contact our customer support for the full list of documents required for registration.

What payment options are available?

You can pay: Cash, Terminal or bank details. We can issue an invoice for legal entities.

Is it possible to order a car to be delivered to the airport or around the city?

Yes, we serve a car anywhere in the city. Check with the manager for details.

How to return a rental car?

We expect you to clean and refuel the rental car before returning it. However, it is not a must. If you forgot to do it or didn’t have enough time, you can pay for it upon delivery.

What if I return my rental car late?

If you do not have time to hand over the car on time, you have to let our managers know about it. In case of a delay of more than 24 hours, the cost will be recalculated.

Is it possible to rent a car in one city and return in another?

We provide our services in all Ukrainian regions. In order to find out the cost and detailed rental conditions, contact us by phone.

Rent WITHOUT DEPOSIT. COMPLETE INSURANCE

When renting with "NO DEPOSIT", you make a minimum deposit ($100), which is used to cover fines under the Agreement and for traffic violations (auto-fixation, parking, etc.).

We take all the risks. You just have to enjoy the road and not worry about any damage.

Benefits:
- No need to leave a large deposit.
- No fines for car damage.
- No fines in case of an accident
- Washing is included in the price.

How does the “Full insurance” service work?
It's simple.
In case of an accident or even minor damage to the car, without leaving the scene of the accident, you need to:
1) Call us on the hotline or immediately directly to your personal manager.
2) Call the police, report an accident, the patrol will come and register the protocol.
3) Call the insurance company. Contacts of the insurance company and the number of the contract will be provided to you by a personal car rental manager.

All expenses are covered by the Insurance Company.

IMPORTANT! If you do not report the accident and do not record the insured event, the insurance company will not be able to issue a payment and all the costs of restoring the car will be borne by you.

When is insurance NOT valid?

The list of insured events does not include:
- Refueling with fuel that does not comply with the regulations for the technical operation of the car.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, toxic or narcotic intoxication.
- Damage to the interior, tires, windows, disks.
