In order to rent a car, you will need to fill out an application form. Our customer agent will then contact you to agree on the car type and lease terms. Once that is done, you can pick up your car.
The rental price includes a car that is washed and supplied with a full tank of fuel. The full CASCO insurance with a deductible is also provided.
You and any person driving the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age and have a driving experience of at least 2 years.
To register a rental agreement, you must provide a passport and driver's license. In some cases, you might need to provide additional documents for verification.
Yes, you're permitted an average of 200 kilometers per day. Keep in mind that you can’t drive the rental vehicle to other countries or the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, to the combat zone, and the Republic of Crimea.
All of the rental cars have a CASCO insurance policy with a deductible. In the event of a car crash, upon the provision of the necessary documents and recognition of the insured event, the damage is compensated by the insurance company. The renter will only have to pay the deductible amount. In case of minor damages that are not or are not recognized as insured events, compensation for damage is reimbursed from the amount of the deposit.
Yes, you can usually add up to 3 additional drivers. In addition, you will need to be inside the car while the person is driving. The person who signed the rental agreement is responsible for the safety of the car, regardless of who actually drives the car.

You can pay: Cash, Terminal or bank details. We can issue an invoice for legal entities.
Yes, we serve a car anywhere in the city. Check with the manager for details.
We expect you to clean and refuel the rental car before returning it. However, it is not a must. If you forgot to do it or didn’t have enough time, you can pay for it upon delivery.
If you do not have time to hand over the car on time, you have to let our managers know about it. In case of a delay of more than 24 hours, the cost will be recalculated.
