1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Administration of the site of the Car-Rent company (hereinafter referred to as the Administration of the site)” – employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of the Car-Rent company, who organize and process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including the direction of messages, inquiries related to the use of the Car-Rent Website, provision of services, processing of inquiries and requests from the User.

4.1.6. Notifications to the User of the Car-Rent Company Website about the status of the car reservation.
4.1.7. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits by the User.

4.1.9. Providing the User with his consent, updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Car-Rent Website.

4.1.11. Providing the User with access to the sites or services of Car-Rent partner partners in order to receive products, updates and services.
5.1. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of the term, in any lawful way, including in information systems of personal data with use of means of automation or without use of such means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the Car-Rent website has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Car-Rent Website.
5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

7.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, except as provided in p. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2.1. It became public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the Car-Rent website.

8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Car-Rent website and the Administration of the Car-Rent website, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2 . The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the claim.
8.3. In case of disagreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.
