1. General Provisions

The CAR-RENT.UA website provides information about short-term and long-term car rental services, car rental with an option for subsequent purchase, vehicle delivery, and other related services.

Services are provided based on the terms agreed with the customer and the relevant agreement. The final price, rental period, deposit amount, insurance terms, and vehicle pick-up and return locations are agreed upon before payment and/or specified in the agreement or booking confirmation.

In the event of any discrepancy between the general information provided on the website and an individual written agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall apply unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

3. Booking

To make a booking, the customer selects a vehicle on the website or contacts a manager and agrees on the vehicle, dates, city, rate, deposit, and additional services. If required, the customer makes an advance payment.

A booking is considered confirmed after the terms have been agreed upon and the actions required for the specific order have been completed.

4. Service Fees

The price depends on the specific vehicle, rental period, pick-up/return location, insurance coverage, and additional services. Before making a payment, the customer is informed of the amount of the relevant payment.

5. Vehicle Pick-up and Return

The time, location, and conditions for vehicle pick-up and return are agreed with the customer before the rental period begins. Delivery may be provided as a separate paid service.

The actual condition and equipment of the vehicle may be documented at the time of pick-up and return.

6. Deposit

Depending on the vehicle class, insurance terms, and specific agreement, a security deposit may be required.

The amount of the deposit and the procedure for its return are communicated to the customer before the rental is arranged. The deposit is not a payment toward the rental price.

7. Customer Responsibility

While using the vehicle, the customer must comply with the Traffic Rules, the terms of the agreement, the agreed territory of vehicle use, insurance requirements, and the rules regarding transferring the vehicle to third parties.

Terms relating to accidents, damage, fuel, mileage, fines, and other expenses are determined by the agreement.
